I provide pragmatic security solutions and guidance for start-ups and SMEs, focusing on threat modelling, cloud architecture, control design, and developing control frameworks that align external compliance requirements with internal technologies and working practices.

The Founder

Kevin is a staff-level security engineer with over 7 years of experience specialising in cloud security architecture and threat modelling, with hands-on expertise across AWS, Kubernetes, GCP, on-premises environments, and CI/CD. He has a proven track record of delivering pragmatic, high-impact security improvements by designing scalable controls, automating compliance and monitoring, and partnering with engineering teams to balance risk reduction with business impact.

• Acts as a force multiplier by guiding engineers, prioritising risk-based remediation, and enabling teams to make secure and pragmatic design decisions without slowing delivery
• Communicates effectively across audiences, from engineers to senior leadership, tailoring technical and risk insights to drive alignment and investment
• Builds bridges between Security and Engineering, fostering trust and collaboration to deliver outcomes with measurable business value
